SaaShovel License for SaaShovel

SaaShovel contains both proprietary code and open-source packages. This license applies specifically to the proprietary portions of the codebase created by tcja (Trim Camaj) and does not affect the rights and obligations under the licenses of included open-source packages listed in the Credits section below.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between tcja (Trim Camaj), the creator and owner of SaaShovel, whose contact information is contact@saashovel.com, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the SaaShovel code starter-kit (the "Product") available at www.saashovel.com (the "Website"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Terms of Use:

License Grant:

Upon purchase, the Licensee receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use SaaShovel to create unlimited end products
Modify the proprietary code for their specific project needs
Deploy the resulting applications for production use
Sell their own products created using SaaShovel

Team License:

SaaShovel can be purchased by a team, and only the Licensee who purchased the code will have access to the private repository. The Licensee can share the code with their team, but the restrictions of the License still apply to everyone.

Perpetual License:

SaaShovel Base: Once purchased, the Licensee will have lifetime access to the version at the time of purchase. However, future updates are not included.
SaaShovel Pro: Once purchased, the Licensee will have lifetime access, including all future updates.

Non-Refundable:

The purchase of SaaShovel is non-refundable. This policy is in place because upon payment, the Licensee gains access to the respective entire source code.

Restrictions: The Licensee may not:

Resell, distribute, sublicense, or transfer SaaShovel itself to any third parties.
- If the Licensee is an individual, the license is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and solely for the Licensee's personal use. The Licensee may not share or distribute the code to others.
- If the Licensee is a team, the license extends only to the authorized members of the Licensee's team. The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the code outside the team.
Use SaaShovel to create a competing product.
Remove any copyright notices from any files.

Ownership:

The proprietary portions of SaaShovel remain the intellectual property of tcja.
The Licensee's modifications and additions to the code for their specific projects belong to the Licensee.
All third-party packages retain their original licenses as detailed in the Credits section.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
